Momos & More Season-3 took place at the premises of Gateway College of Professional Studies, in Basundhara, on 20 Jan 2018, Saturday [caption id="attachment_150" align="aligncenter" width="467"] Visitors asking for their choice of Variety in the event - Momos & More Season - 3[/caption] The event featured a variety of momo such as Crispy Crunchy Gundruk Bhatmas Momo, Cheese Spinach Momo, Pork Hawaiian Momo, Buff Chhoyela Momo, Spaghetti Pizza Momo, White Chocolate & Strawberry Momo, among others. Momos & More, in particular, is an event, in which up-and-coming chefs �try to innovate and present new varieties of momos apart from other delicacies and drinks.� The many varieties of momo were innovated by the college management and students enrolled in the four-year BHM programme.�Gateway College of Professional Studies, Basundhara has been offering Bachelor of Hotel Management (BHM) since 2009 in affiliation with Purbanchal University. They already have 5 batches of students passed out from college and graduates are doing wonderful job in hospitality industry; in fact some have already started taking managerial position in Nepal and abroad.
