The much anticipated EUHOFA International Congress came to a successful conclusion on November 30 after four days of successful discussions. Delegates from around 70 hospitality institutes from around the world took part in this year�s congress in what many are saying was the best one yet. With an added benefit of Visit Nepal 2020, the congress also provided the platform for guests to witness firsthand the beauty of Nepal. Attending guests were also delighted to see and experience the glimpses of the beauty of Nepal. This year�s theme for the congress was, �Sustainable Himalayan Hospitality; Amalgamation of Nature, Culture and Adventure�. The congress saw participation from renowned personalities and educators who took active part in sharing their knowledge and experience among the participants. Eminent personalities from various sectors took part in moderating the discussions throughout the four-day event. Llu�s Serra, managing director of the University College of Hospitality Management and Culinary Arts of Sant Pol de Mar affiliated to the University of Girona, Spain, was elected as the new President of EUHOFA International. The 59th EUHOFA International Congress will take place in Copenhagen, Denmark with the theme of �The Nordic Way of Sustainability�.
