Ingredients
500 gms� � French Fries
2 slices� � � American Cheese
For the Sauce
3 tbsp� � � �Mayonnaise
2 tbsp� � � �Tomato Ketchup
1 tbsp� � � �American Mustard
1 tbsp� � � Cider Vinegar
4 drops� � �Tabasco
1nos� � � � Pickled Gherkin
Method
- Make a sauce by mixing American mustard, ketchup, cider vinegar and Tabasco in a bowl.
- Mix them well and add finely diced gherkin and stir.
- Assemble hot fries on a serving plate properly.
- Then place the sliced cheese on top of fries.
- Lastly, pour the sauce on top of cheese and serve immediately.
