Asian Tomato Salad
Ingredients 5 pcs� � � � � � � � Medium Tomato � pc� � � � � � � � �Onion 1 pc� � � � � � � � � Garlic Gloves 1 tbsp� � � � � � � �Peanut Crushed 1 pc� � � � � � � � � Small Green Chilly Coriander Leaves Asian Style Jaggery Dressing Few Bean Sprouts Method- Blanch the tomatoes and cool it
- Remove the skin of tomato, cut it into wedges size and also remove the seeds.
- Cut onion and garlic in julienne and fry it until brown
- Finely chop the green chilly
- Mix all the ingredient in a bowl with dressing
- Garnish with�fresh coriander leaf.
- Take a 500 ml Mason jar or glass jar with a lid.
- Add all the ingredients from the tamarind to the olive oil.
- Close the jar tight with its lid and then shake vigorously until it forms an emulsion.
- Taste the dressing and adjust seasoning if necessary with salt and pepper.
