Ingredients 30 ml� � � � � Golden Grape Brandy 20 ml� � � � � Khukri Rum 2tsp� � � � � � Honey 15 gms� � � � Ginger 10 ml� � � � � Lime Juice 1/3 spoon� � Black Salt and Cinnamon Powder 1 cup� � � � � �Hot Water Method
  • Place the ginger, lime and black salt in a sturdy glass.
  • Use the muddler to crush ginger, lime and salt. Pour hot water and keep it aside for a minute.
  • Add honey and brandy in the parfait glass.
  • Strain the muddled drink and pour it over honey brandy mixture. Stir it.
  • Top up with rum and put the cinnamon powder. Serve hot.
