Method
- Incision chicken breast with knife to make a pocket.
- Thin slice the mushroom, heat the pan and melt the butter and saut� the mushroom.
- Stuff the mushroom into the chicken pocket, line the bacon on to the chopping board wrap the stuffed chicken breast with bacon, use the tooth pick to hold the bacon.
- Heat the pan, add oil and grill the deluxe chicken from all side, line up the deluxe on the greased oven tray and cook in pre heated oven till well done.
- To make the sauce make roux, add stock, puree, Worcestershire, balsamic, wine and simmer, reduce to sauce consistency.
- Add the mustard paste, mix well and finish it with cream.
- Grill the veggies.
- To serve, cut the deluxe to half, line up the veggies and top with the sauce.
