Method
? Marinate chicken cubes with ginger garlic paste, salt, white pepper, green chili and lemon juice.
? Mix cashewnut paste with milk, cheese and cream. Add salt, cardamom powder, white pepper and kasoori methi.
? Coat chicken with cashewnut and grill the chicken in charcoal till 15 minutes.
? Apply egg wash on the chicken pieces and grill the chicken again for 5 minutes more.
