A pale yellow with a silvery tint, the wine has a refined and elegant nose that opens immediately on attractive Sauvignon notes, combining boxwood, lemon zest and a floral touch reminiscent of jasmine and white lilac. Fresh and invigorating on the palate, it displays plenty of body and crisp, fresh flavors marked by pleasant citrus fruit and a hint of minerality. Sight/ Appearance Clear in appearance with silver tint along with pale yellow hues. Palate It is a dry wine with medium acidity. The alcohol is also on the medium plus side. This is a medium minus bodied wine with citrus, tropical fruits and honey flavors. You find a lot of minerality in this sauvignon blanc. Finish The finish is medium in length. This wine is ready to drink and cannot be aged longer.
