Ingredients

1 pinch� � � � �Cayenne Pepper
To taste� � � � Salt
1 tbsp� � � � � Butter
1 tbsp� � � � � Hot Sauce
1 pinch� � � � Ground Black Pepper
1 pinch� � � � Garlic Powder
Oil� � � � � � � For deep frying
Method
- Mix flour, cayenne pepper and salt in a mixing bowl, add water to make batter.
- Dip chicken wings into batter, coat properly.
- Cover chicken and refrigerate it for about 50-60 minutes.
- Melt butter in a pan, add hot sauce, pepper and garlic powder. Mix well
- Deep fry chicken wings.
- Pour sauce over wings and serve.
