Method
- Whip Cream Cheese and Cream together and keep aside.
- Make a Guacamole with Green Peas.
- Roast Beetroot till done.
- Make a Pomegranate reduction.
- Make a muffin with spinach paste.
- In a serving plate put a mixture of cheese and cream to form layers of circles.
- Arrange the plate with Guacamole, Beetroot, Oregano, Ruccula Leaves, Fresh Thyme and Muffin.
- Drop Pomegranate Reduction for garnish.
