Butterfly Dragon Prawns
Ingredients 3 pcs� � � � � � � � � � � Tiger Prawns 3� � � � � � � � � � � � � � Garlic Gloves 1 tsp� � � � � � � � � � � �Mustard Paste 1 tbsp� � � � � � � � � � �Fresh Thyme, Finely chopped � pc� � � � � � � � � � � �Lemon, Juice To taste� � � � � � � � � �Sea Salt & Black Pepper Fresh Spinach Method- Cut prawns in the middle and clean. You can cut off heads or leave it. Arrange them in a big shallow dish.
- Finely chop thyme, garlic .Sprinkle it over prawns along with mustard paste, add salt and pepper to taste. Cover the dish and let it marinate in the fridge for 1-3 hours or overnight.
- Remove from the fridge 30 minutes before grilling. Grill for 5-7 minutes. Your prawn will be ready.
- Wash the spinach,� blanch it, and� Sautee with garlic and butter serve along with spinach and tomato salsa
- Combine the Tomatoes, Red Onion, Garlic, White Wine Vinegar, Lime Juice and Coriander in a bowl.
- Stir then refrigerate until ready to serve.
