Kathmandu� Hotel Radisson Kathmandu held its annual cake mixing and fruit soaking event on the 2nd of November at the Fruit soaking is a tradition followed by many around the world wherein people come together a month prior to Christmas to mix the various ingredients required to make a Christmas cake to bring out its authentic flavor and texture. The event say various invited guests take part in mixing the ingredients in the fun filled event. The mixed ingredients will be stored and brought out during the time of Christmas to bake the Christmas cake.
