Kathmandu� Hyatt Regency Kathmandu held its annual cake mixing at the Rox Garden in the hotel�s premises on the 15th of November 2018. Hyatt Regency becomes one of the many hotels in the country that are hosting their annual cake mixing around this time of the month. Various celebrities and invited guests took part in mixing the ingredients and helped make the event a success. Cake mixing dates back to the 17th century where it marked the arrival of the harvest season. During this time lots of fruits and nuts were harvested and prepared to go into the making of the traditional plum cake.
