Kathmandu�Hotel Shangri Lazimpat held its annual Christmas Cake-Mixing program on the 26th of Novmeber at the Shambala Garden in the hotel�s premises. The event also saw the hotel support Niten Memorial School.   Various invited guests attended the cake mixing ceremony along with the students from the Niten Memorial School. Over 20 ingredients were used to in the mixture which will be stored and will be used to bake the Christmas cake.   Aside from the cake mixing, the hotel also handed a cheque worth Rupees one hundred thousand to Niten Memorial School. Samir Banerjee, general manager of the hotel handed the cheque to Nicole Thakuri-Wick, the founder of the school. Banerjee said that the hotel has done this event to provide a way to reconnect people aside from donating some amount to the school.
