Ingredients 200 gms� � � � � � Mushroom Fresh 15 ml� � � � � � � � Olive Oil 15 ml� � � � � � � � �White Wine 50 gms� � � � � � � Onion 5 gms� � � � � � � � Garlic 15 gms� � � � � � � Leek 5 gms� � � � � � � �Celery 5 gms� � � � � � � �Salt 5 gms� � � � � � � �Black Pepper Powder 2 gms� � � � � � � �Fresh Oregano 15 ml� � � � � � � � Cream Method
  • Clean, wash and roughly chop mushroom.
  • Heat olive oil in a sauce pan, saut� onion, garlic, oregano, leek and celery.
  • Put mushroom and saut�.
  • Add white wine.
  • Put hot water and cook for some time.
  • When it is cooked, make puree.
  • Put it again in the sauce pan, simmer and finish it with salt, black pepper powder, and cream.
  • Whisk cream to make cream foam for the garnish.
