Ingredients 3 nos� � � � � � � Eggs 350 gms� � � � �Powdered Sugar 450 gms� � � � �Flour 5 ml� � � � � � � �Vanilla Essence Fresh Cream For Strawberry Cream: 200 gms� � � � �Whipped Cream 50 gms� � � � � Cheese Cream 50 gms� � � � � Fresh Cream 15 ml� � � � � � Strawberry Essence 5 ml� � � � � � � Pink Food Color 150 gms� � � � Strawberry Filling For Green colored cream 100 gms� � � � Whipped Cream 50 gms� � � � � Cheese Cream 25 gms� � � � � Fresh Cream 5 ml� � � � � � �Green Food Color Method
  • Add powdered sugar and egg into a bowl and whisk and add vanilla essence.
  • Add sift flour into the mixture and put the mixture in a dish.
  • Bake it at 180�C for 25-30 minutes.
  • Cut the cake into 4 different layers.
  • Add sugar syrup in the 1st layer
  • Add strawberry cream on top of sugar syrup.
  • Add fresh cream in the 2nd layer and strawberry cream.
  • Add sugar syrup in the 3rd layer.
  • Add Green colored cream on top of the sugar syrup in the 3rd layer.
  • Add fresh cream on the 4th layer and sugar syrup.
  • Cover the entire cake with fresh cream.
