Kathmandu � Chef James Gurung of Fitzroy, Dubai treated guests in Nepal to a wonderful culinary experience at the Marcopolo Restaurant at Chhaya Center on 14th May.
The evening was a one-off event with Chef James Gurung as the chef for the night. Chef James who visited Nepal for a week on the invitation of Marcopolp displayed his culinary talents and treated the guests with his delicacies.
The event featured a set three-course meal designed by Chef James himself that featured dishes like Black Fungus Salad, Lentil Salad, Whole Wheat Salad, Gnochhi in his signature Gorgonzola Sauce, Risotto Al Fungi, Buffalo Milanese, Roasted Baby Chicken, Orange Cr�me Brul�e.
Chef James promised us to return to Nepal and treat with other culinary delights soon.
Marcopolo is a Mediterranean restaurant in Chhaya Center, Thamel which is carrying on the legacy of Chef Robi Robiolo.
