Kathmandu� Radisson Hotel Kathmandu inaugurated their Chinese food festival at their The Fun Caf� on the 25th of January, 2019. The food festival aims to promote Chinese cuisine to their local and international guests alike. The inaugural ceremony featured an energetic Chinese cultural demonstration from Chinese troupes along with an impressive Chinese d�cor at the venue. The hotel staff were also clad in traditional Chinese attire to match the event. With their Chinese specialty chef, Radisson Hotel Kathmandu is determined to provide an experience to the guests unlike any other with a wide spread of the finest Chinese dishes. General Manager, Mr. Subrata Banerjee said, �The motive of the festival is to enhance and promote Chinese food and culture and highlight its impact on the global scale. Chinese food�s diversity and evolution over the years has made a profound impact on Nepali people�s perception of food and daily eating habits.� President of Nepal China Chamber of Commerce & Industry Mr. Rajesh Kazi Shrestha, Country Manager of China Southern Airlines, Chinese agents and local and international media houses were present at the opening. The food festival is currently ongoing and will end on the 8th of February 2019 and will be available for both lunch and dinner. With delicacies like seafood lung fung soup, crackling crab in oyster sauce, water chestnut pokchoy among many other dishes, Radisson Hotel Kathmandu has priced the buffet at Rs. 1800 per person (additional taxes applicable). The package is all inclusive of an unlimited buffet, complimentary Chinese tea and a bottle of beer or juice per person. The food festival is a part of the hotel's Chinese New Year celebration.
