50 gms� � � � Cocoa Powder
250 ml� � � � Hot Water
100 gms� � � Brown Sugar
125 gms� � � Butter
150 gms� � � Custard Sugar
5 ml� � � � � � Vanilla Essence
2 nos� � � � � �Eggs
225 gms� � � Flour
5 gms� � � � � Baking Powder
5 gms� � � � � Baking Soda
Whipped Cream
Method
- Take a bowl and add cocoa powder and brown sugar.
- Add lukewarm water and whisk the ingredients.
- Chill the mixture.
- In a different bowl, add butter, custard sugar and vanilla essence to the mixture.
- Beat the mixture until soft and add eggs.
- In another bowl, sift flour, baking powder and baking soda.
- Beat the ingredients together.
- Mix all the mixture and heat it in a pan at 180 �C for 45 minutes.
- Once cooked, cut the cake into three layers and add the filling.
- Add the mixture on each layer of the cake and freeze it for a few hours.
- Top with some cream.
