  Ingredients: 100 gms� � � � � � � �Crushed Vanilla Wafers 100 gms� � � � � � � �Sugar 40 gms� � � � � � � � �Unsweetened Cocoa Powder 60 gms� � � � � � � � �Chopped Mixed Nuts 15 gms� � � � � � � � �Light Syrup 30 ml� � � � � � � � � �Rum Method:
  • In a large bowl, stir together the crushed vanilla wafers, sugar, cocoa, and nuts. Blend in corn syrup and rum.
  • Shape into 1.5 inch balls, and roll in additional white sugar.
  • Store in an airtight container for several days to develop the flavor. Roll again in white sugar before serving.
