Ingredients
1 pc� � � � � Whole Pineapple
60 ml� � � � �Pineapple Juice
60 ml� � � � �Coconut Cream
20 ml� � � � �Sugar Syrup
60gms� � � � Pineapple Chunks
1 tea cup� � Crushed Ice
Method
- Cut the top part of the pineapple and remove the crown.
- Empty 3/4th parts of the pineapple with a scooper
- Blend all other ingredients well.
- Pour the mixture inside the Pineapple.
- Garnish it with cherry & cover with the crown, serve.
