Method
? Wash the chicken properly and cut it into four 100 gms each pieces.
? Saut� ginger garlic paste in refined oil till the color becomes brownish.
? Mix brown onion paste with cashew nut paste, curd and stir it with star anise powder, black pepper, kasoori methi, chopped ginger, chopped green chilly and salt.
? Cook till 5 to 7 minutes or till the dish is cooked and add the portion of cream and butter to give the dish a final touch
