Ingredients
400 gm������������� Duck Breast
10 ml���������������� Soya Sauce
4 gm����������������� Salt
180 gm������������� Refine Flour
50 ml���������������� Milk
50 gm��������������� Cucumber
50 gm��������������� Spring Onion
20 gm��������������� Plum Sauce
20 gm��������������� Sweet Bean Sauce
15 Gm�������������� Honey
2 nos���������������� Eggs
Method
- Season the duck breast with five spices power then keep aside for 20 to 30 minutes.
- Take a mixing bowl with refine flour, milk, egg and salt then mix it well. Heat a non-sticky pan and make pan cake and keep it aside.
- Roast the duck breast in pre-heated 150�C oven for 30 to 45 minutes.
- Then remove the duck from oven and brush it well with honey.
- Again, roast it for another 10 minutes for crisp and brown color then Slice it even size.
- Take a plate and arrange the duck breast, pan cake, strip cutting cucumber, scallion and julienne bell pepper.
- Serve it with plum sauce and sweet bean sauce.
