Ingredients 6� � � � � � �Tender Coconuts 500 ml� � �Coconut Milk 1 can� � � �Condensed Milk 15 g� � � � �Cardamom Powder Method
  • Break the tender coconuts. Remove the flesh and the water, and keep separately.
  • In a blender, mix the tender coconut water and flesh, coconut milk, condensed milk and cardamom powder.
  • Grind the mixture well until it is smooth and well mixed.
  • Refrigerate the mixture for half an hour.
  • Serve chilled, garnished with a pinch of cardamom powder
