Kathmandu� Featuring some of the most renown Lucknowi cuisine, Radisson Hotel Kathmandu is currently hosting a Lucknowi Food Festival at The Fun Caf� to promote and demonstrate Lucknowi cuisine to local and international guests.
The cuisine is being prepare in collaboration with Master Chef Shabir Ali from Radisson Lucknow who has been honing his craft in Lucknowi cuisine ever since his childhood days. All the different dishes on offer use spices brought in from Lucknow by the chef himself.
�We want the guests to experience what authentic Lucknowi cuisine actually tastes like. We have made no compromises and are offering guests a genuine experience tasting some of Lucknow�s finest dishes�, says Master Chef Shabir Ali.
The festival was inaugurated on September 6 at the hotel�s Waterfall Garden by His Excellency Mr. Manjeev Singh Puri, Indian Ambassador to Nepal along with the Radisson Hotel Kathmandu�s General Manager Mr. Subrata Banerjee.

Among the wide selection of dishes available, Galouti kebab received a personal endorsement from H.E. Mr. Manjeev Singh Puri encouraging the guests not to miss out on the popular Lucknowi delicacy.
Lucknowi cuisine is popularly known for its succulent varieties of types of meat but many vegetarian delights are also known to stand out. Radisson Hotel is presenting some the best of both worlds and guests are encouraged to try all of them in the huge dinner buffet spread.
The festival will continue until September 15 for a price of Nrs. 1999 (additional taxes applicable).
