Living up to its name in being one of the most innovative kitchens in Kathmandu, Hyatt Regency Kathmandu is hosting a limited-time food promotion at their signature Italian restaurant Rox. The �Surf and Turf� is the brainchild of Executive Chef Debarya Chakraborty, who along with his culinary team has masterfully combined their years of experience into producing something that is truly unique to the hotel. The food promotion is unlike any other as the dishes feature a combination of seafood and land-based meat. Innovation aside, the food tastes just as good as it looks. The presentation of the dishes is enough to make mouths water. Crabmeat stuffed ravioli with smoked pork ragout, Orecchiette pasta with ham and scallops, creamy garlic sauce, salmon and lamb chop with citrus fruit juice, asparagus, potato rustic, mixed herbs and a lamb shank paired with a Buhari fillet, mushrooms, cocktail onions are some of the dishes that are definitely want you to come back for more. As good as the food is this promotional event will only go on until 28th January only and will be available for dinner services from 6 pm until 10 pm. While you�re dining at the Rox, be sure to order one of their signature Pizzas as well. This isn�t the first time that Hyatt Regency has hosted such promotions.
