Ingredients for the Sauce

Method
- In a mixing bowl take chicken mince and mix it with all the chopped ingredients. Add salt, pepper, dashi, panko, five spice powder and egg, mix well.
- Make the small balls of 20 gms of each. Deep fry and set them aside.
- Heat oil in a frying pan, saut� chopped garlic and chili paste.
- Add honey, Thai chili sauce, salt, pepper, dashi and chopped basil.
- Cook for a while and season with five spice powder.
- Add fried chicken balls and toss them well for perfect coating.
- Serve hot, garnish with fried basil and chopped spring onion.
