Kathmandu �Hyatt Regency Kathmandu�s signature restaurant, Rox will be promoting food from three regions of Italy from 22nd February through 22nd March. Food connoisseurs are in for a treat as Hyatt promises to take them on a journey through Tuscany, Lombardy and Campania.
Each region of Italy has its unique, distinct local recipes and Rox hopes to bring this diversity onto its tables. Guests can experience authentic Italian taste in a warm and comfortable environment.
To give the guests a taste of authentic Italian food will be Chef Dhiraj, who has eight years of experience in Italian cuisine and has worked in cities like Bahrain, Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
