To Taste� � � � � � Salt and Pepper
Chopped� � � � � �Almonds
Method
- Boil beetroot with half cup water for about 10 minutes or until soft.
- Blend boiled beetroot, celery roots/ stick and chopped almonds.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Top the soup with butter and cream.
