Ingredients for Main Mixture 500 ml� � � � � � � Milk 4 Nos.� � � � � � � �Eggs 100 gm� � � � � � �Grain Sugar 40 gm� � � � � � � �Gelatin 150 gm� � � � � � �Mango Pulp 5 gm� � � � � � � � �Mango Essence 120 gm� � � � � � �Heavy Fresh Cream (Light Whipped) For Garnish 100 gm� � � � � � �Chocolate 50 gm� � � � � � � �Pomegranate 20 gm� � � � � � � �Fresh Diced Mango 1 nos.� � � � � � � �Mint Sprig Method
  • Mix grain sugar, eggs and gelatin together
  • Boil milk and add egg , sugar, gelatin mixture on it
  • Let it rest till cooled and add whipped cream, mango pulp and mango essence
  • Set the mixture on small round glass pot and let it rest on freezer
  • Take out the set panna cotta and garnish it with chocolate, pomegranate, mango dice and a mint sprig
  • Serve chilled and nicely plated.
