For Garnish

Method
- Mix grain sugar, eggs and gelatin together
- Boil milk and add egg , sugar, gelatin mixture on it
- Let it rest till cooled and add whipped cream, mango pulp and mango essence
- Set the mixture on small round glass pot and let it rest on freezer
- Take out the set panna cotta and garnish it with chocolate, pomegranate, mango dice and a mint sprig
- Serve chilled and nicely plated.
