2 scoops� � � � �Vanilla Ice-Cream
1 � cup� � � � � �Corn Cereal
� tbsp� � � � � � �Ground Cinnamon
2 tbsp� � � � � � � Sugar
For garnishing Chocolate Syrup, Pomegranate Seeds and Mint Leaves
Method
- Freeze the scooped out ice cream balls overnight.
- Melt butter in a pan on medium heat, add corn cereal and cinnamon and cook until golden brown.
- Remove the pan from heat and stir in sugar, then place in a shallow bowl to let it cool.
- Roll the ice cream balls in cereal mixture, fry them in oil at 375�F for 10 to 15 seconds.
- Garnish with chocolate syrup, pomegranate seeds and mint leaves.
