Ingredients

300 ml��������������� Milk
150gms������������� Sugar
5 no.������������������ Egg Yolk
30gms��������������� Tea Powder

30gms��������������� Gelatin

Ingredients
100gms������������� Almond Powder
35gms � � � � � � �� Flour
50gms��������������� Coco Powder
50gms��������������� Breast Fast Sugar

50gms��������������� Butter
Method
- Cook the cream, milk, sugar and tea powder at around 60�C.
- Add the egg and stir continuously until thick blond cremeux.
- Add gelatin to cool the cremeux and fold with whipped cream.
- Beat the egg white and sugar 50gms in a mixing bowl.
- Boil the rest of the sugar and water at 120�C and pour it into mixing bowl.
- Beat until smooth meringue mixture.
