Method
- Boil fusilli, make sure it is not over cooked.
- Make a paste of olive oil, garlic, pine nuts, basil and half of parmesan. Add lemon juice.
- Take a pan. Add olive oil and saut� onion and garlic.
- Add fusilli and toss it. Add pesto, cream, salt, pepper, and parmesan.
- The sauce consistency should be medium thick.
- Serve hot with the garnish of parmesan flakes and basil sprig.
