Ingredients 200 gms� � � � � � � � � Fusilli Pasta 50 gms� � � � � � � � � � Basil 20 gms� � � � � � � � � � Pine Nuts 20 ml� � � � � � � � � � � Olive Oil 25gms� � � � � � � � � � �Parmesan Cheese 15 gms� � � � � � � � � � Garlic 20 gms� � � � � � � � � � Onion 1 Nos� � � � � � � � � � � �Lemon 2 gms� � � � � � � � � � � Cream 2 gms� � � � � � � � � � � Black Pepper Powder To taste� � � � � � � � � �Salt 10 gms� � � � � � � � � � Parmesan Flakes 1 spring� � � � � � � � � �Fresh Basil for Garnish Method
  • Boil fusilli, make sure it is not over cooked.
  • Make a paste of olive oil, garlic, pine nuts, basil and half of parmesan. Add lemon juice.
  • Take a pan. Add olive oil and saut� onion and garlic.
  • Add fusilli and toss it. Add pesto, cream, salt, pepper, and parmesan.
  • The sauce consistency should be medium thick.
  • Serve hot with the garnish of parmesan flakes and basil sprig.
