Ingredients

1 tbsp� � � � � �Garlic, minced
1/8 tsp� � � � � Red Chili Flakes
Handful of� � � Parsley, chopped
4-5 sprigs� � � Fresh Thyme
2-3 ml� � � � � �Lemon Juice
To taste� � � � �Salt
To taste� � � � �Crushed Pepper
1 tbsp� � � � � � Olive Oil
A pinch of� � � �Chili Curl
A pinch of� � � �Chives
1 pc French� � �Bread Slice
5 ml� � � � � � � �Balsamic Glaze
Method
- Marinate the prawn with salt, crushed pepper, lemon juice, chili flakes, fresh thyme and � table spoon olive oil and refrigerate it for 30 minutes to up to 4 hours. Grill.
- Take a non-stick pan and make heat then add rest of the olive oil and add garlic mince and stirring until the coming golden color. Then add grilled prawn on it and seasoned.
- And sprinkle with parsley chop.
- Then toast the French bread slice. Sprinkle butter and garlic. Plate the prawns on the bed of garlic bread.
- Lastly, garnish with chili curl, spring chive and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
