Glass Noodle Nest Lamb Chop
Ingredients 400gm� � � � � � � � Lamb Chop 25gm� � � � � � � � � Glass Noodles 100 gm� � � � � � � �Slice Onion 180 gm� � � � � � � �Pak Choi 25 gm� � � � � � � � �Garlic Chopped 45 gm� � � � � � � � �Broccoli 20 gm� � � � � � � � � Mala Flavor Sauce 10 ml� � � � � � � � � Dark Soya Sauce 20ml� � � � � � � � � �Oil 4gm� � � � � � � � � � Salt 5 gm� � � � � � � � � �Potato Starch Method- Rub the lamb chop with five spices and salt then kept it aside for 20 to 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in Chinese wok and add chopped garlic, soya sauce and mala flavor sauce. Cook it for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add stock check seasoning and simmer for another 2 minutes and finish it by adding potato starch.
- Next, fry glass noodles and with the help of strainer to make a basket shape and keep it aside.
- Grill lamb chops till tender then toss it with chili bean sauce.
- Stir fry the dry onion and pakchoi, then arrange it in middle of the plate. Place glass noodle over it.
- Arrange lamb chop and blanch broccoli into the basket and sprinkle fine julienne bell pepper.
- Apply the pre-made mala flavor sauce over it then serve it immediately.
