Method
- Cut the goat cheese into 3 discs.
- Press the goat cheese discs into the panko bread crumb.
- Bake the goat cheese croutes until brown.
- In a large salad bowl, add olive oil, mustard, vinegar, salt, pepper and whisk it properly.
- Tear the lettuce into bite-size, wash and dry the lettuce.
- Toss everything together except goat cheese croutes and garlic bread.
- Arrange everything on a plate as shown in the picture.
