Method
- Seasoned the chicken breast with salt, pepper and chili paste.
- Grill it on a griller (robata griller) or in a pan.
- Once cooked, cut into slices. Keep aside.
- Boil the egg (6-7minutes). Peel and cut into half. Keep aside.
- Boil the noodles and keep aside.
- Soak the wakame and keep aside.
- Shred the nori sheet and keep aside.
- Chop the spring onion and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a wok, saut� garlic, add miso paste, add chicken stock and bring it to boil.
- Seasoned with salt, pepper and dashi.
- Add boiled noodles in it.
- Assemble all the ingredients in a serving pot/ bowl.
- Add hot noodles and sauce into it.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and shichimi powder.
- Serve hot.
