Method
- Cook the marinated pork chop in a pre-heated grill 5 to 6 minute per side at about 145�F.
- Place the mashed potato in the middle of the plate and place the pork chop.
- Put mixed grilled vegetable in the left side of the plate or nearby the mashed potato.
- Pour the creamy mustard sauce over the pork chop and garnish with cherry tomato, basil leaf even beetroot paste and serve while hot.
