Kathmandu� Hotel Soaltee Crowne Plaza officially inaugurated their annual Punjabi food festival, Happy Singh Da Dhaba on the 21st of November. The event was inaugurated by H.E. Shri Majeev Singh Puri, Ambassador of India to Nepal. Executive Chef Yuba Raj Pokhrel described the event as a landmark every year for the hotel. According to him, �We have tried to bring authentic Punjabi food for the people. We do not use any taste enhancers and all our ingredients are imported directly from Punjab. We are also using earthenware to cook all our food. This event started with the idea of giving peoplea local dhaba experience in a hygienic manner.� Happy Singh Da Dhaba has been held annually for the past 10 years and is one of the most sought after food festivals in the country. The food festival started from the 22nd of November and will conclude on the 7th of December.
