Method
- Take a mixing bowl and add the chicken slices into the bowl, add � of beat egg, salt, pepper crushed and marinate well keep in sealing bag and refrigerator for 30 minutes to 4 hours.
- Then make breadcrumb mix, for the crumb mixture, mix the white bread crumb, corn flakes crumb, cayenne pepper powder and sweet paprika.
- Then dust the marinated chicken in plain flour, and dip in egg mixture. Dip in breadcrumb mix and deep fry the breaded chicken at 180�C for3-4 minutes.
- Plate your deep fried chicken on the bed of slaw mix and drizzle with honey mustard sauce.
- Garnish with parmesan.
