Method
- Mix vegetable mayonnaise with olive oil, cream, parmesan cheese, salt and black pepper powder nicely.
- Mix it lightly with romaine and iceberg lettuce.
- Drizzle some olive oil on diced bread and toast it.
- Garnish it with olive, caper berry and sundried tomato.
