Lalitpur:�The International Food Tasting 2018 is underway at the Academy of Culinary Arts (ACA). This is the second season of the event following the success of its previous season.
Hosted by the BHM students of the ACA, the event has been widely acclaimed as they presented cuisines from the USA, Japan, UK, Sri Lanka and Spain.

The event is aims at giving Nepali people a chance to experience international cuisine at a significantly cheaper price compared to restaurants that offer similar food in the valley.
A total of five booths are present that represent cuisines from all five countries. Each booth is manned by two chefs who introduce the different dishes available for tasting. A brief explanation the chefs are given about the dishes and the process that goes behind in preparing it.

All the five stations are equipped with a live kitchen that gives interested people a chance to see how the food is prepared.�A coffee lounge is also available if you simply wish to enjoy some good coffee.

While only tasting portions are offered, people can enjoy the same food in a full-sized meal at the restaurant inside the campus grounds.
For only a small fee of Rs.350 (per person), you can taste one dish each from all five countries.
The event starts at 11 am every Saturday and will continue on for the next five weeks.
