Ingredients
For Main Soft Mixture

100 gm� � � � Icing sugar
60 ml� � � � � �Warm water
200 gm� � � � Mascarpone cheese
80 ml� � � � � �Amaretto
350 gm� � � � Whipped cream

10 Pcs.� � � � �Savoiardi - Lady Finger (a sponge like soft sticks made by egg, sugar and flour)
For Garnishing
100gm� � � � �Cocoa Powder
100 gm� � � � Dark Chocolate

Method
- Take 3 nos. of egg yolks, Icing sugar and warm water on whisking bowl and expand it over double boiling system
- Add mascarpone cheese, amaretto and whipped cream on the egg mixture and let it mix well
- Take the ladyfinger and soak it on sweet coffee syrup
- Layer the bottom of small tray with the soaked lady finger, add the tiramisu mixture over it and again layer with lady finger and again the mixture on the top- it makes two layer of both mixture and lady finger
- Let it get set on deep freezer for an hour take it out, dust the cocoa powder over it, and cut it evenly on equal shape.
- Make chocolate garnish, place the cigar on tiramisu, cover the cigar with chocolate garnish, and serve chilled.
