Hotel Annapurna�s signature Indian restaurant, Ghar-e-Kabab is hosting the Jasan-e-Kabab festival that will introduce to guests the signature kababs of Chef Rezi Alam Khan.
Chef Khan who worked at Ghar-e-Kabab since the restaurant�s establishment in 1981 helped the restaurant reached the heights it has today. He was also the first chef employed at the restaurant. Ghar-e-Kabab still follows all of his original recipes to date and he has returned back to Hotel Annapurna for this short stint to help and ensure that Ghar-e-Kabab is on the right track.
The food festival will feature multiple options for vegetarians and non-vegetarians. According to the hotel, there will be plenty of options to satisfy all kinds of palates.
Chef Khan has worked alongside master chefs from India boasts over 40 years of experience and will be hand-picking each ingredient that goes into making the Kababs. His dishes are a very popular choice for regular patrons at the hotel.
The cuisine offers a perfect blend of traditional and contemporary delights, all of which have a unique taste of their own.
In addition to all the food choices, the guests will also be entertained through soulful instrumental music and ghazals.
After the conclusion of the event, Ghar-e-Kabab will also be adding some of the more popular dishes to their new menu from the festival.
The food festival will begin from the 6th of December until 15th December. The food will be served for lunch and dinner services from 12.30 pm until 10 pm every day.
