20 gms� � � � � �Hung Curd
20 gms� � � � � �Indian Spices
To taste� � � � � Salt

Method:
- Marinate the chicken leg with the mixture of hung curd, lemon juice, Indian spices, salt and ginger garlic paste.
- Skew all the pieces in a long skewer.
- Cook in tandoor till done.
- Serve with mint chutney and kuchumber salad.
