Kathmandu� Hotel Shangri-La announced the opening of Lucknowi Zaika-Briyani Food Festival in Kathmandu from August 1, Thursday. The two-week long food festival will give guests a chance to experience the authentic taste of Nawabi food from North Indian kitchens. Guests can enjoy chicken, mutton or vegetarian biryanis, all of which are accompanied by a Nepal Ice beer. According to the hotel, the process of marination of the dishes is of utmost important as it gives the dishes its soulful taste. Chicken and mutton biryanis are priced at Nrs. 1550 per portion while the vegetarian biryani is priced at Nrs. 1350 The food festival will concludes on August 16, 2019.
