Ingredients
90 ml� � � � � � � � Pineapple Juice
45 ml� � � � � � � � White Rum
15 ml� � � � � � � � Malibu
30 ml� � � � � � � � Fresh Cream
15 ml� � � � � � � � Coconut Cream
1 spoon� � � � � � �Vanilla Ice�cream
Coconut dust� � � desiccated
Method
- Put � cube of ice on shaker and pour the rum and Malibu.
- Add in fresh cream, pineapple juice as well and shake it
- Pour the mixture in the tumbler glass and top it with vanilla ice-cream& coconut cream.
- Garnish with pineapple juice & desiccated coconut dust.
