Known as Manga Choila in Bhaktapur and Mana Choila in Kathmandu, this dish is an alternate of Haku Choila (straw grilled marinated buff cubes)
Ingredients 200 gms� � � � � � � Buffalo Meat 15 gms� � � � � � � � Fresh Cumin Powder 15 gms� � � � � � � � Crushed Dry Chilly 20 gms� � � � � � � � Garam Masala 15 gms� � � � � � � � Ginger Garlic Paste 5 gms� � � � � � � � � Fenugreek Seeds 5 gms� � � � � � � � � Turmeric 40 gms� � � � � � � � Chopped Tomatoes 40ml� � � � � � � � � � Cooked Mustard Oil To taste� � � � � � � � Salt For garnishing� � � �Green Garlic Method- Boil the buffalo meat until it�s cooked and tender.
- Cut the meat into bite sized pieces.
- Add cumin powder, salt, garam masala, crushed chilly into the meat and mix.
- Heat a cooking pan and add oil and add fenugreek seeds to crackle until black.
- Add ginger garlic paste, chopped tomatoes and turmeric powder and cook it until the tomatoes become a pur�e.
- Add puree and rest of oil into the meat and mix it well.
- Garnish with green garlic and serve.
