With Christmas just around the corner, and in celebration of the merriment of this yuletide occasion, Hyatt Regency Kathmandu invited gentlemen from various walks of life to get in the festive mood with a cake mixing ceremony on 14 November 2019. The event was held in the hotel�s Presidential Suite, which spans the hotel�s entire 7th Floor at 200 sq m. The suite presents guests with unrivaled panoramic views of the lofty mountain ranges, the magnificent Boudhanath Stupa and the Kathmandu Valley, a land of natural splendor.
The culinary team led by newly appointed Executive Chef Debarya Chakraborty, who brings with him an unparalleled experience of 20 years, along with his team, plated Cashew nuts, Almond, Black currant, Red cherry dry, Sultana, Raisin, Mixed peel, Red tutti-frutti, Green tutti-frutti, Walnut, Apricot dry, Prunes, Dry Fig, Pista green, Nutmeg, Cardamom powder, Cinnamon powder and Ginger powder.
Amidst cheers, the guests and the culinary team enthusiastically immersed the ingredients in liquor to create the magical mixture for the delectable cakes for the festive season. The mixture will be stored and used for the creation of Christmas cakes and other goods during the Christmas period.
