Ingredients
500 ml� � � �Milk
300 ml� � � �Cooking Cream
200 g� � � � �Ground Sugar
75 g� � � � � Brown Sugar
50 g� � � � � Milk Powder
3 g� � � � � � Stabiliser
3� � � � � � � Egg Yolk
200 g� � � � Mitta Pan Pur�e
Method
- Cook the milk, sugar, brown sugar, stabiliser and milk powder, and then cool down.
- Whisk the yolk and add it to the mixture. Incorporate the cream into the mixture.
- Strain the mixture and mix the mitta pan pur�e.
- Add the mixture to the ice cream maker machine and run for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Garnish with some fine pistachio leaves and saffron threads and serve.
